The Sri Lanka Opportunity Fund (UCITS) is intended for professional and institutional investors, including IAMs, family offices, private banks, asset allocators, and platforms seeking regulated access to Sri Lanka’s equity and fixed-income markets.

The Fund is a UCITS V–regulated investment vehicle domiciled in Liechtenstein, managed under the oversight of the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority (FMA).

Management Company: CAIAC Fund Management AG (Liechtenstein)

Asset Manager: ACP Corum Pty Ltd (Australia)

This structure ensures full institutional governance and segregation of duties.

The Fund may employ traditional UCITS-compliant tools, including:

equity and fixed-income selection

liquidity buffers

limited use of approved derivatives for hedging

cash and money-market instruments

The portfolio is managed using fundamental analysis complemented by market-driven signals

Any leverage must remain within UCITS limits and is primarily used for operational efficiency or hedging, not for directional exposure.

A minimum liquidity buffer of 30 % is maintained through government bonds and cash equivalents, supporting daily NAV and efficient dealing — important for frontier-market exposure.

The Fund may only be marketed in jurisdictions where distribution is permitted.

ESG integration focuses on governance quality, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
